THIS IS A PREORDER ITEM.

You will send in your keepsake items and they will be used to make a beautiful embroidered piece. Turnaround time will begin when your items are received -- not when you order. For instance, if you take 2 weeks to send your items, then your turnaround time will start then.

 Please do not send in thick items.

Turnaround time is approximately 28 business days to ship from the Vendor, to myself (unless otherwise noted)

Then, transit time from myself to you. Shipping directly to you is always an option, please email me for more information at oliverandconj@gmail.com
